Hey! This blog is not dead! I apologize however for the time since my last post...things have been busy busy lately and will remain so until the afternoon of May 7th. Then my Summer vacation begins and I should be able to get this thing going regulatory again. Perhaps I'll even go back to individual songs again.
Anyways, yesterday I saw Lou Reed live. Good show...even got a few VU songs: Sweet Jane, I'm Set Free, I'm Sticking With You, and Pale Blue Eyes. For the car ride I made this mix. As a whole it's much more recent than my previous few mixes. There's only a handful of tracks from the 90's and the rest are from this decade. Even four are from this year!

special thanks for the Lou/Anthony duo! the latter once gave an interview where he listed his major life/art influences and LR was tagged the most essential. Devendra was also there but guess the two grew apart. Too bad.
